Forssa kvarngård is one of the best preserved mills in the area. The owners, Therese and Claes Roestedt, are the fifth generation millers on the country yard. In the mill the couple grinds flour from ecologic grains from the area. The whole business is focused on products that are good for the environment as well as our heath.
Therese and Claes are glad to open there mill for visitors, during the festival. This year you are welcome to visit the mill the 4th of November, when the annual food market will take place on the courtyard.
